Black opal was the best until they black listed me and my friends without any specific reason and when we asked them they were like "you can't play and we don't know the reason". This was so unfair since we were still left with some money in our casino card which is a loss for us and I hope they let us know the reason at least. This was really mean is this how they treat their customers.
Everything is fine in the casino, the atmosphere, the desing, colors of the floor... almost everything except customers... they are acting like they own the casino and this should be fixed... i don't like this kind of situation when im playing and some of the customer is shouting like a kid in the playground...If you are comeing to casino you should be ready to lose and don't be surprised if you do...Be exited when you win!!!...
